Manage Your Pain

Why is managing your pain important?

Persistent pain can interfere with your enjoyment of life. It can make it hard to sleep, work, socialize with friends and family and accomplish everyday tasks. When your ability to function is limited, you may become less productive. You may also find yourself avoiding hobbies and other activities that normally bring you happiness in order to prevent further injury or pain. Ongoing pain can cause you to lose your appetite, feel weak and depressed. Try not to allow your physical illness or pain to take over your life.

Pain is a part of you, but it is not YOU. It is not who you are.

Managing your pain is an important step to reclaim your life and ensure it does not control you.

You are 100% correct in that managing your pain is an important step to reclaim your life and ensure it (the pain) does not control you!!

I often refer to myself as the local Rent-A-Center where my frequent customer, RSD, comes wanting to rent me, but it is MY choice to either allow that rental or deny it!! Which I always "choose" to deny that days rental!!

Take Care of YOU!!

Blessings,
Coach Marla
